2.Client agrees to pay Holly Wild (Make check payable to Holly Wild /
Evergreen Web Consulting)

page of Google and is in one of the top 5 slots within 3-6 months.
Evergreen SEO-Internet Marketing and Design Services are intended to
provide the client with 1st page positioning within the top 5
slots in the Search Engine Google unless otherwise noted below.
Evergreen SEO-Internet Marketing and Design Services provided by
Holly Wild include:
Research keywords and meta-tag phrases and make
recommendations to Client as to changes that should be made by
their web designer. Client acknowledges that failure to make
these changes may negatively influence search engine
positioning.
Submission of Clients website to search engines, directories
and social bookmarking sites and the creation and submission of
generic articles to article publication sites for the purpose of
creating back links to raise the ranking of Client's website. (A
report of all sites submitted to will be supplied to Client.)
SEO-Internet Marketing and Design placement services are for
the keyword string

Client's website.
3. Client acknowledges the following with respect to SEO-Internet
Marketing and Design services:
“Holly Wild” has no control over the policies of search
engines, directories, article publication and social bookmarking
sites with respect to the type of sites and/or content that they
accept now or in the future.
Client site may be excluded from any of these at any time at
the sole discretion of the site. Holly Wild has no control over
ongoing changes in search engine ranking algorithms that may
affect ranking.
All delays due to failure to approve articles within 2
business days, delays due to webmaster inaction or mistake will
be added to the time allotted for the performance of the
contract.
